I am joining a beautiful mess in setting four simple goals for myself to accomplish during the craziest time of the year. Travis and I have started setting goals each week for ourselves and I have really found it helpful. So I thought this would be a good idea to help me stay on track during the holiday season!
1. Continue running at least 4 times a week
2. Start a family Christmas tradition
3. Eat more fruits & vegetables, less sugar
4. Read something each day
Simple and attainable. Do goals help you? Before marrying Travis they are not something I really ever thought about it. But he really likes to set them so I joined in. I am learning its important to set goals and to achieve them. Do you have any goals you want to make for this crazy hectic season?
